Customers can drop off PC's at our shop or have us pick
up a PC at their site. We will analyze and resolve PC issues at our office
and then arrange for pickup or delivery of the repaired computer.
Walk-In Shop Support

site to provide onsite assistance to resolve a computer hardware or

We offer online PC support via the MSN instant messenger service
and using Remote Assistance with Windows XP. We have the ability to solve many software
related problems for our customers online, without visiting their site.
Many times this is both a time and cost saving customer solution.
As a service to our customers we
offer classes in various
locations to
provide you and your employees with the knowledge you need. See the

Class Schedule for more details. In addition, anyone wishing to receive
special personalized training can make an appointment for training either at our
office or your home or office. We can provide one on one instruction as well as
classes up to six people in the office. Larger groups can be accommodated at the
